Our client wanted to shed light on one of their most important brand values: their amazing service. The campaign “Servicio Garantizado” (Guaranteed Service) was created to promote that value and inspire confidence, as well as a feeling of reliability towards the brand. We also developed a story that brought to life their company slogan “Los duros en piezas” (The best in auto parts) by recreating common situations clients face when dealing with their cars. The talent for this effort was Francis Rosas, an acclaimed entertainer in Puerto Rico, that brought a sense of relatability to their target audience.
