Prime Life

In today’s world, people have great expectations when choosing a place of work. Security, benefits, flexibility and salary are all top priorities for candidates. Taking that into consideration, we developed a recruitment campaign for our client Prime Life Solutions called “Mereces una carrera Prime” (You deserve a Prime career). The goal was to empower people into believing they are worthy of an amazing career and showing them that Prime is an employer with big opportunities. For the design, we believed there was no better way to sell these opportunities than showing the real faces of the people that work there. Their photos was combined with phrases meant to cause intrigue in our target audience.
